Leak wouldn't stop

Sropping this drip was pesky. The vavle at the well just wouldn't close all the way.

The Water Leak that wouldn't Stop.

Every once in a while, we get into a water damage where the leak seems to just keep going ever so slowly even after all the water is shut off.

At first it isn't obvious it is still happening.  But the next day some things are wet again. Water extraction is necessary again in some places.

The leak in the picture is from a refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser line. It was thought to be just draining out the lines as it was the low spot in the pipe.

Day three our SERVPRO of Waco water damage  technician realized a slow leak was still continuing. Realizing what was going on, a plumber was called who confirmed the well valve at this West area home was not closing all the way.

The problem was fixed and drying that portion of the job got on track.
